:-D Happy New year to everyone.Lets hope 2007 is good one to us all.As we all get older each year brings new meaning and hopes. Last year was a very difficult one for me to say the least! I lost my father who was a quadrapalegic for 30 years and suffered alot in that time ,lost my mother in law, and I become very ill after a virus and was sick for 7 months until just recently (finally) the doctors figured things out and have been diagnosed with the auto immune disease Systemic Lupus .Things happen in life beyond our control at times and we have to sometimes look really deep inside and ask ourselves why or what am I supposed to learn from this. For me it has been a confirmation of what I already knew and valued so much and that is friendship! Without it our lives would be so empty.We as humans are supposed to connect yet so many people now days are too busy in their lives to take the time to nurture this. My wish and hopes is that you all take the time this year to value your dear friends as a good friend will always be their for you when you are in need to get us through life,. Friendship isn't something you can buy in life! It is earned through your caring ways to others. I just want to say Thank you from the bottom of my heart to you ANNIE! you are a true friend and were always there for me. I love ya!:kiss:
