True story of Will Jimeno and John McLoughlin, two Port Authority police officers who rushed into the burning World Trade Center on 9/11 to help rescue people, but became trapped themselves when the tower collapsed. A race against time ensued to free them before their air ran out.
Another one we watched last night. I was told that there was only 1 sad part in the movie, but I have to admit I had tears on a few other occasions. I think it all depends on how the events of that affect you, even if you did not know anyone directly involved. I think the description above is a bit off...cuz I don't really think running out of air was a big problem for them...it was more that they were being crushed by HUGE pieces of cement that fell off the buildings!
Nicholas Cage & his costar did good...and I think that both women that well as far as showing the emotions that their real wives would have went through that day.
