Hi All, :wave:

I hope this is not the wrong spot to put this but I came across this post-pregnancy workout I found for a friend. It is to help firm up abs, butt and thighs. There are even pictures to show how each exercise is done.

Ryan's 8 now.. maybe I should really get serious about a post-pregnancy workout huh? :lol: I could sure use some firmer abs, thighs & I'mnot even gonna talk about my butt!!
