I picked Spot up just after noon today. He was pretty excited to see me, so nice that he showed some "spunk".
I took him out to the truck and he hid on the floor in the back seat :( When I got him home, he ran & hid under Ryan's bed :( I got his old kennel out of the garage and put it in the living room. I gently pulled him out from under the bed and put him in front of the kennel -- he crawled right in and stayed there for quite a while. I had to disturb him to give him his pain killer and antibiotic -- he is now in the recliner (one of his favourite places) and is resting.
His backside is all shaved -- he has 6 drainage tubes and a lot of stitches. :cry: He has one of those collars on so he doens't chew or lick at the tubes & stitches. My poor little puppy!! He looks so sad -- and he's gotta be in a lot of pain.
