Retirement Party?

My oldest sister is retiring from her job at the end of May!
We haven't really planned a party, but I do want to have one or do something special for her from the family. She is having a get together with her co-workers.
Any cool ideas??

You can pick any theme you want... but make it something fun. You can create a memory scrapbook and include photos from the party and have each person she works with write a little something to her. If you have photos over the years it would be fun to have them around for people to look at too! Make it funny.

We just had a Mothers Tea for the graduating class of 2007 and it was a blast. See my post on that for some ideas too!
