Any TTC tricks?

Is there any tricks you use when TTC?

I remember a friend telling me she would lay in bed for a while after sex and hold her pelvis in the air! Don't know if there is any science to it, but she did conceive soon after she started doing this (had been trying for a while)

I think after a year and a half of this I have tried every trick in the book!

LOL! And some of the "tricks" seem so ridiculous! But some people really believe in them.
