As a result of the recent press surrounding toxic chemicals in baby products, we have had inquiries regarding the chemical composition of the TummyTub. The TummyTub is made from 100%Polypropylene (PP). PP is a safe, non-toxic plastic that does not contain Bisphenol-A (BPA) or phthalates. Polypropylene is the same material that BPA free bottles are made from and poses no risk of chemical leeching. Polypropylene is also a 100% recyclable material.
Unlike other baby bath tubs, the TummyTub has been vigorously tested worldwide and is certified in the following:
ASTM (USA), TÜV (Germany) and BSI (England) tested and approved
The TummyTub® is permitted to carry the seal GS (Proven Safety)
