We are - sort of...
I let Charlie run around without a dipe in the a.m.'s - as soon as I take his sometimes wet/sometimes dry morning dipe off after he wakes up. Seems like he pays attention more if he needs to go peepee when his diaper is off.
When he does go peepee on the potty, he (a) gets to wear a Monster Truck pullup instead of a diaper, and (b) he gets to put a marble in his "marble jar", which we decorated and labeled with his name and a purty sign, of course. :lol: I told him when he earns 10 marbles, I'll get him a special treat at the store. I don't even know if he's aware of what that means - honestly, I really think he just likes the idea of getting to put another marble in the jar. :lol:
I figure this summer, we'll really crank up the potty training routine. It'll be a lot easier in just shorts or bathing suits, rather than getting through all the layers of wintertime clothes (argh) and of course getting to peepee on Mammy's tree in the backyard by the pool is always a really good motivator. LOL.
