Headaches during pregnancy

I am wondering if anyone else had headaches in their forehead during pregnancy? If so, how did you deal with them (besides tylenol)? I have been to the doctor who has checked my BP, I have had full eye exam (good) 24 urine analysis, and was given antibiotics for a sinus infection (minimal help). If anyone has any suggestions, I am all ears.
