I would have to say bug is much worse.
I have hairs, so it could be mine or at least hair is something HUMANS own
Bugs are just plain icky and gross.

After working in a hair salon for many years, most hairs do not bother me (unless it is another kind of hair---you all know what I am talking about...lol) , unfortunatly if I see a bug there is no way in heck I would even consider eating the sandwich.....YUCK
