what is the best position to lay after sex with ur spouse to enable fertilization to take place.

Some say that position matters, others say it doesn't. One popular theory is that the old fashioned :missionary" position is good then right after keep your hips elevated for a while.

Butt up in the air as high as you can get it. Even the bicycle position if you can do that.

Not too high as the semen will pool behind the cervix and that's not where you want it to be.
