PINEAPPLE SALSA

1 Pineapple diced
1 mango diced
1 sweet red or orange pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow or orange pepper
1/4 cup minced purple onion
1 habanero pepper - or you can use a jalepeno if habernero is too spicy
3 TBSP minced fresh cilantro
2 TBSP Lime juice
1 1/2 TSP of Seasoned Rice Vinegar

2 tablespoons butter

3/4 tspn salta

1/2 tsp black pepper

touch of garlic

1 1/4 cups water

2 lbs brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise aprox. 2 cups

1 cup heavy cream

2/3 cup bottled roasted whole chestnuts (I actually get them from Trader Joes, they are not roasted but you can find them in the nuts section there)
