Another yummo dish from Paula...Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf...

OMG, YUM. I'm having leftovers for lunch right now. It is so good and easy...Serve it with green beans and new potatoes (either fresh ones broiled with rosemary and olive oil, or out of the can, sauteed in butter and seasoned salt ).

The only things I did differently in the recipe was leaving out the mayo and french fried onions, and I didn't toast the breadcrumbs. It was still TOTALLY YUM-YUM DELICIOUS. Also, I used microwave bacon (did it til REALLY crisp) and left out the french fried onions, but I'd probably add those in next time, or real onions, diced. Ronnie loved it too.
