Payment Options

For on-line purchases, e-mail and phone orders, we accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards.

We also accept PayPal! please follow the instructions when checking out (selecting "COD" as your payment option) and we will e-mail you an invoice for payment.

Shipping:
We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. Your order will be processed and shipped from our store within 3 business days of receipt*. If for any reason the products you have ordered will be delayed or are unavailable, we will notify you by e-mail with an estimated ship date.

Shipping Charges:
Parcels will be shipped Canada Post and you will be billed according to the table below**.

* Business days are Monday - Friday (Holidays excluded). Depending on where the shipment is going, the delivery time could be 2 - 10 days past the ship date. Typically, items arrive 3 - 7 days after the ship date, but sometimes shipments to the USA take longer due to customs etc. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date.

**Additional shipping charges will apply on some items/shipments. This would be indicated on the item information pages.

Reduce, Reuse and Recycle
We try to be as environmently friendly as possible. Therefore we do not package our products in fancy new boxes -- we use as little packaging as possible, and where possible we will reuse boxes when a box is needed. We hope you can re-use or recycle the shipping materials when you receive your order. Each and every little effort does count!

International Customers
We will also ship almost anywhere in the world -- you will be billed the actual postage cost seperately and it may appear as a separate charge on your credit card statement.
