Returns

All merchandise can be returned within 14 days for a full refund* or exchange as long as it has not been worn (or, in the case of items such as breast pumps etc., opened), and has the original tags on. Receipt or copy of your receipt must accompany product.

We inspect each and every item before shipping to ensure the quality of your purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on worn or damaged merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

When you return an item please enclose a note to indicate the reason for the return. If you want to exchange an item, please include desired style, color, size and shipping address. Please be sure to put your order number, name and mailing address in the parcel to ensure a promt refund (we can't refund you if we don't know who or where the return came from).

Shipping expenses to return items to us and to re-ship exchange items, are your responsibility. If you are returning an item and you are in the USA, please note we will not accept packages with postage or customs due on them. Please ensure that you correctly label your returns when sending them. Your local postal outlet should be able to assist you with this.

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Refunds will be in the form of a credit to your credit card account or, if you paid via money order, a company cheque.

Manufacturer/supplier warranties are honoured. If your product has a warranty, please follow the instructions per the warranty.

Breast pumps are a personal care item and can not be returned for a refund once opened.

Avent Breast Pumps are a personal care item and cannot be refunded once opened. If you experience any difficulties with this product, please telephone Avent toll free help line at 1-800-542-8368. Their representatives will be happy to assist you.

*Special order items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
