His language skills are also developing rapidly. He's listening and taking in everything he hears. It's amazing what they understand at this age, too. Encourage him by talking to him as you would any other person. Your baby will likely start taking an active interest in conversations, even if not directed at him. Soon, he will start to shout for your attention! A more distinct personality will start to shine through now, too.
